Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have shelled border communities in the Chernihiv region 47 times, causing significant damage to civilian infrastructure. This was reported by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration.
Morning and Afternoon Attacks
In the morning, a “Gerbera” drone struck a farm in the Horodnya community, causing a fire on the roof. Later, a business in Horodnya came under fire, where a fire also broke out and a truck was damaged.
Evening attacks
In Semenivka, an FPV drone attacked a 57-year-old man, who was injured and hospitalized. A car was also damaged.
On the morning of June 27, a drone struck a business in the Semenivka community again, damaging warehouse facilities.
Attacks on Other Targets
In the Novhorod-Siverskyi community, a truck was damaged, and in another settlement, a grain barn and a local store were damaged.
“Over the past 24 hours, we have come under fire 47 times, including attacks using FPV drones,” Chaus noted.
As a reminder, in Zaporizhzhia on the night of June 27, a drone attacked a gas station, causing a fire that was quickly extinguished.
