On June 28, renowned Ukrainian singer Artem Pivovarov celebrated his 35th birthday. Artem has become one of the most popular performers in Ukraine, with his hits topping the charts and his concerts drawing thousands of fans.
An Unusual Path to Fame
Pivovarov is not only a singer but also an artist who has successfully combined contemporary music with Ukrainian classical poetry, large-scale concerts, charity work, and support for the Ukrainian military.
His path to fame was unconventional. Before becoming a star, Artem studied to become a doctor, worked in the intensive care unit, and also pursued a degree in environmental science. It was only later that he decided to devote himself to music.
From Medicine to the Stage
Artem Pivovarov was born on June 28, 1991, in Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast. He was passionate about music from childhood and enrolled in guitar classes at a music school at age 12. Although he did not complete his studies, this period marked the beginning of his creative journey.
After school, Artem chose medicine: he graduated from Vovchansk Medical College and worked in the intensive care unit. At the same time, he earned a degree in environmental studies from the Oleksiy Beketov Kharkiv National University of Municipal Economy. Despite his medical practice, music remained his greatest passion, and over time he decided to devote himself entirely to his creative work.
From a Rock Band to a Solo Career
Artem’s first serious experience in music was as a member of the Kharkiv band Dance Party! Dance!. This became the starting point for his musical career, which later evolved into a successful solo project.
