Russian strikes on Mykolaiv: Casualties and Infrastructure Damage

The Russian army carried out massive strikes on Mykolaiv using “Shahed”-type kamikaze drones and an “Iskander-M” missile, according to Georgy Reshetilov, acting head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

As a result of the missile and drone attack, three men aged 21, 47, and 62 sustained injuries of varying severity; two of them are in critical condition.

In addition to the human casualties, the strikes caused significant damage to the city’s infrastructure. Port facilities, maintenance stations, warehouses, vehicles, and industrial buildings were damaged.

Private homes, high-rise buildings, administrative buildings, offices, and a hotel and restaurant complex were also damaged, underscoring the scale of the destruction.

This attack was part of a broader campaign in which Russian forces recently struck the Voznesensk and Bashtanka districts of the Mykolaiv region, where civilian casualties have also been reported.
