On September 25, a teenager was killed and several people were injured as a result of a Russian strike on a residential building in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, according to the State Emergency Service.
It is noted that a drone strike on a high-rise building between the 9th and 10th floors caused a fire and significant damage. The fire has already been extinguished, and emergency services are working at the scene.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that seven people were injured in the attack, all of whom were hospitalized.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the attack, calling it “an utterly barbaric and sick strike, devoid of any military logic,” and noted that a constant threat of strikes persists for a number of regions in Ukraine.
In addition, there are reports of another Russian drone strike that occurred this morning in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. As a result of this attack, a non-residential building was damaged and one person was injured.
