It has also been confirmed that operations at the Zapsibneftekhim plant in Tobolsk have been suspended following an August 10 strike on central gas fractionation unit No. 1. In addition, on August 11, the hydrocracking unit and the primary and secondary oil refining units at PJSC “Orsknefteorgsintez” in Orsk sustained damage.
