Famous Russian comedian Maxim Galkin surprised everyone by singing a popular hit by Ukrainian artist Ivo Bobul at a Ukrainian woman’s wedding in Cannes. Galkin attended the celebration as the host and performed the song in Ukrainian. A video of the performance quickly went viral online, particularly on Instagram, and received a lot of positive feedback.
Galkin hosted the wedding ceremony of businessman Niki Lomia from Georgia and model Nika from Kharkiv. Among the songs performed was Ivo Bobul’s “Rozmova z toboju” (Conversation with You), which the comedian sang while wishing the newlyweds happiness in Ukrainian. In addition, Galkin performed other songs at the celebration.
On his Instagram, the blogger shared photos from the festive event, adding: “I love my profession; every day is a celebration.” Under the video of the performance, Ukrainians actively commented and praised the artist’s language skills:

- “Max is a champ; he already sang this song at a concert in Los Angeles.”
Other stars were also present at the wedding, including Valery Meladze and Ricky Martin, who also congratulated the newlyweds.
