Former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov believes it is possible to hold presidential and parliamentary elections in Ukraine without waiting for the war to end. In a comment to UP, he noted that he had proposed this idea to Volodymyr Zelenskyy back in June.
Fedorov emphasized that the president was ready for the elections but changed his mind due to the possibility of General Valeriy Zaluzhny running. He also mentioned the head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Budanov, who has not ruled out running in the elections.
