During the URC 2026 Recovery Conference, Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development, announced the results of the preliminary selection of companies in the tender for the Chornomorsk Port concession.
Four bidders have advanced to the next stage: APM Terminals B.V., the Mariner and TAS consortium, Yilport Holding Anonim Şirketi, and the Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC and SKF Holdings UK LTD consortium. The tender is currently in the competitive dialogue phase.
Earlier, the Ministry of Development announced the launch of the tender on December 20, 2025. The project involves granting a 35-year concession for the port terminal, with investments totaling $40 million and a throughput capacity of approximately 2 million metric tons of cargo.
