In the village of Kobleve, in the Mykolaiv region, an explosive device detonated in the Black Sea. As a result, a 45-year-old man who was in the water was killed. This was reported by Reshetilov, the head of the Regional State Administration.
Two women who were on the shore were injured. A 47-year-old woman received medical treatment at the scene, while the 63-year-old victim was hospitalized in moderate condition.
The official emphasized that the tragedy could have been avoided, as the area was fenced off and marked with warnings about the danger of mines. He also reminded the public that swimming in the sea within the Mykolaiv region is prohibited.
