Chef Oleksandr Ogrodnik told Styler that you can use these simple ingredients to prepare dishes that are just as good as those served in restaurants.

Eggs

If you have eggs at home, make a spread for bread with cream cheese, avocado, and pickled cucumber. Soft-boiled eggs, cream cheese, and a little French mustard will turn an ordinary sandwich into a full-fledged breakfast or snack.

  • stuffed eggs;
  • frittata with vegetables.

Chef’s tip: Boil the eggs for 6–7 minutes after the water comes to a boil—the yolk will stay creamy and make any spread more delicate.

Instead of regular pickled onions, try raspberry-pickled onions. Raspberries add a light, fruity tartness, and the hot marinade tones down the sharpness, so these onions pair perfectly with meat, burgers, salads, and even plain potatoes.
