Overnight, the bridge in Chongar was damaged again as a result of an attack by Ukrainian drones.
According to the Kherson-based publication “Most,” drivers are advised to take detours via Armiansk and Perekop, as previous damage to the bridge deck has forced traffic to flow in reverse.
Military officials emphasize that this bridge is a vital strategic supply route for Russian troops, ammunition, and fuel from occupied Crimea.
As a reminder, on the night of June 7, Special Operations Forces struck a strategic bridge between Crimea and the Kherson region.
