Syrsky visited military units in the Donetsk region

General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, once again visited military headquarters and units involved in defensive operations in the Donetsk region.

He announced this on his Facebook page, according to Ukrinform.

During his visit to the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov," Syrskyi heard reports from Brigadier General Denys Prokopenko and unit commanders.

"We agreed on further actions and coordination in specific sectors. I identified priority tasks and provided the necessary instructions to resolve problematic issues," the general noted.

Syrskyi also honored servicemen who demonstrated bravery with the "Cross of Courage," "Cross of Military Honor," "Golden Cross," and "For Conscientious Service" awards.

In addition, the Commander-in-Chief worked with the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces and the 9th Army Corps, discussing the situation in their areas of responsibility and changes in the actions of Russian troops.

"The enemy tries daily to improve its tactical position, but despite its superiority in numbers and equipment, it is suffering significant losses," Syrskyi emphasized.

He also held a meeting with the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Major Robert Brovdi, emphasizing the importance of effectively countering the enemy.
