Dmytro Natalukha, head of the State Property Fund, inspected another property subject to sanctions. The property in question consists of a residential building and land plots that previously belonged to the family of Dmytro Tabachnyk, a former high-ranking official against whom sanctions were imposed by a decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
This house has an area of over 670 square meters and is located in the town of Kozin, Kyiv Oblast, on a plot of over 0.67 hectares.
Currently, the assets are under the management of the State Property Fund. State ownership of the house and land plots has already been formalized, and preparations have begun for their sale through open auctions.
In the coming months, the State Property Fund plans to conduct an inspection and inventory of the asset, carry out an independent appraisal, and determine the starting price and terms of sale.
