Various units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were involved in repelling the attack:
- air force
- anti-aircraft missile forces
- electronic warfare units
- mobile fire groups
- unmanned aerial systems
According to preliminary data, 115 drones of the "Shahed," "Gerbera," "Italmas," and other types were shot down or neutralized.
Consequences of the strikes
Despite the work of air defense forces, some of the drones still reached their targets. Seven strikes by attack UAVs were recorded at five locations, and debris from downed drones was found in five additional areas. It is reported that the attack is ongoing. Several UAVs remain in the airspace.
