TV host Lesya Nikityuk was in a shelter with her son during the nighttime attack. She posted a photo of herself sitting next to a baby stroller and asked Ukrainians on Instagram in the morning if they had already left their shelters.

Maria Efrosinina also spent the night in a shelter, showing herself sleeping with her son in the subway. “The contrasts of life we didn’t ask for—it’s scary to turn on the news,” the TV host noted.

TV host Grigory Reshetnik, who lives in Kyiv, noted that the night was loud. He expressed his condolences to the victims and thanked the Defense Forces: “It was, as always, very loud. But even after the darkest night, dawn comes. My sincere condolences to the victims.”
