A new pilot project is launching in Ukraine that opens up opportunities for career changes. Financial support will be provided to those who meet specific employer requirements.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on Facebook.
Details of the pilot project
"As part of Employment Week, we continue to highlight the new employment policy," the prime minister noted.
Svyrydenko announced that the government has decided to launch a pilot project aimed at:
- strengthen the link between vocational training and employer needs;
- help the defense-industrial complex and other priority sectors train the necessary specialists more quickly.
"Dynamic sectors, such as defense manufacturing and energy, require qualified specialists who strengthen our ability to increase domestic production," Svyrydenko emphasized.
