Over the course of 24 hours, from the morning of June 29 to the morning of June 30, Russian troops carried out nearly 100 strikes on 29 settlements in 18 territorial communities in Sumy Oblast. As a result, 10 people were injured.
According to a Facebook post by the Sumy Regional Military Administration, in the Hlukhiv community, a 63-year-old man and a 52-year-old man were injured, and a 33-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction. Additionally, as a result of the drone strikes, a 34-year-old woman was wounded, a 31-year-old woman was injured, and a 40-year-old woman suffered from stress.
In the Seredyna-Budsk community, a 52-year-old man was seriously injured and a 56-year-old woman sustained injuries as a result of a Russian drone strike.
In the Mykolaiv rural community, a 63-year-old man was injured as a result of a drone strike. In the Buryn community, a 36-year-old man was injured after being struck by an FPV drone.
A 20-year-old man who was injured in the Vorozhba community on June 27 by a KAB strike was hospitalized.
Additionally, a 59-year-old woman sought medical attention after sustaining injuries on June 24 when an enemy UAV struck her in the Konotop community.
The highest number of attacks occurred in the Sumy and Shostka districts. The enemy used artillery, FPV drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, guided aerial bombs, missiles, and UAV-delivered munitions.
In the Hlukhiv community, civilian infrastructure, non-residential buildings, residential buildings, and trucks were damaged. A civilian infrastructure facility was also damaged in the Yampil community, and a private home was damaged in the Buryn community.
