As of June 23, 2026, Ukraine’s largest gas stations have adjusted their fuel prices. A-95 gasoline now costs an average of 75.98 UAH per liter, and diesel costs 79.61 UAH per liter, according to Glavkom.
Changes in Fuel Prices
Major gas station chains, including Socar, UPG, OKKO, and WOG, have lowered their prices for diesel fuel. At the same time, some operators have adjusted the prices of other types of fuel. The most expensive fuel is offered by the OKKO, WOG, and Socar chains, while the cheapest is available at KLO and “BRSM-Nafta.”

Fuel Cashback Program
From March 20 to May 31, 2026, a cashback program was in effect as an anti-crisis measure. It was used by 2.3 million Ukrainians. Participants received compensation: 15% on diesel, 10% on gasoline, and 5% on natural gas.
Is Ukraine facing a diesel shortage?
Ukraine was among the countries with the highest rates of diesel price increases due to the conflict in the Middle East. The increase was 33.9%, but this figure is lower than in some Asian countries. Serhiy Kuyun, director of the A-95 consulting group, noted that a diesel shortage is not expected.
