Weather in Ukraine
The weather will be mostly cloudy. Light rain and thunderstorms in some areas are expected in the eastern regions, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and during the day in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Oblasts, as well as in Crimea. No precipitation is expected elsewhere. The wind will be predominantly northwesterly, 5–10 m/s. Daytime temperatures will range from 29 to 34 degrees; in the western regions—Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Odesa—there will be intense heat of 35–38 degrees, while in the east of the country, temperatures will range from 23 to 28 degrees.
Weather in Kyiv
In Kyiv and the surrounding region, partly cloudy skies are expected with no precipitation. The wind will be from the northwest at 5–10 m/s. Daytime temperatures across the region will range from 29 to 34 degrees, while in Kyiv they will be 30–32 degrees.
Heatwave in Ukraine and Europe
Earlier, meteorologists warned of an African heatwave approaching Ukraine and identified regions where temperatures could reach +40 degrees. Meanwhile, much of Europe is already suffering from the heat, with temperatures approaching +40.
