In the Berezneguvatka community of Mykolaiv Oblast, an enemy drone attack injured a married couple. While the region is recovering from overnight shelling, rescue workers are actively working to address the aftermath in Mykolaiv itself. This information was provided by Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, according to Glavkom.
Details of the attack
According to Kim, the attack was carried out using a strike drone, the type of which is still being determined. A 45-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman were injured and hospitalized. As of this morning, their condition is assessed as moderate, with no deterioration.
In addition, a passenger car was destroyed as a result of the attack.
Situation in the region
Over the past 24 hours, six Shahed 131/136 strike UAVs and various decoy drones were shot down or neutralized in the Mykolaiv region, Kim noted.
In Mykolaiv, falling debris caused fires in a minibus and a garage, but there were no casualties.
Earlier, the enemy attacked the communities of Kutsuruba and Ochakiv with FPV drones. In the morning, the occupiers struck the Ochakiv community, presumably with MLRS, damaging a passenger car but causing no casualties.
As a reminder, on the night of April 5, Russian terrorists launched a massive drone attack on Odesa, injuring three people. Also, on the evening of April 4, Kharkiv came under fire, with strikes recorded near residential buildings. Information on the consequences is being clarified.
