Today, July 27, the official exchange rates for the dollar and the euro in Ukraine have changed: the dollar fell by 1 kopeck, and the euro fell by 9 kopecks. This is confirmed by data from the National Bank of Ukraine.
Official exchange rates:
- 1 U.S. dollar – 44.80 UAH (previously 44.81 UAH as of July 24);
- 1 euro – 50.96 UAH (previously 51.05 UAH as of July 24).
According to minfin.com.ua, the average exchange rates at banks are as follows:
- U.S. dollar: buy – 44.58 UAH, sell – 45.07 UAH;
- Euro: buy – 50.77 UAH, sell – 51.39 UAH.
Currency exchange offices offer the following average cash rates:
- U.S. dollar: buy – 44.75 UAH, sell – 44.88 UAH;
- Euro: buy – 51.17 UAH, sell – 51.40 UAH.
Card exchange rates at various banks:
- PrivatBank: 44.54–45.05 UAH per dollar and 50.78–51.55 UAH per euro;
- Monobank: 44.65–45.03 UAH per dollar and 50.85–51.53 UAH per euro.

As a reminder, according to the draft state budget for 2026, the government forecasts an average annual hryvnia-to-dollar exchange rate of 45.6 UAH/$.
