Official exchange rates as of August 14 show a slight decline. According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the dollar fell by 2 kopecks, and the euro by 6 kopecks.

As of Friday, August 14, the following rates have been set:
- 1 U.S. dollar – 44.69 UAH (previous rate – 44.71 UAH);
- 1 euro = 51.55 UAH (previous rate: 51.61 UAH).
Exchange rates at banks
According to data from minfin.com.ua, the average exchange rate at banks is:
- U.S. dollar: 44.50–44.99 UAH;
- Euro: 51.33–51.95 UAH.
Cash exchange rates
At currency exchange offices, the average buy-sell rate is:
- U.S. dollar: 44.80–44.90 UAH;
- Euro: 51.70–51.87 UAH.
Card exchange rate
At major banks, the card exchange rate is as follows:
- PrivatBank: 44.45 – 44.84 UAH/$, 51.25 – 52.08 UAH/EUR;
- monobank: 44.46 – 44.83 UAH/$, 51.30 – 51.99 UAH/EUR.
Additional information: The Cabinet of Ministers is providing portfolio-based guarantees for 19 creditor banks totaling 20.8 billion UAH.
