As of July 8, the official exchange rate for the dollar fell by 6 kopecks, while the euro rose by 2 kopecks. These figures were published on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine.

- 1 U.S. dollar – 44.50 UAH (compared to 44.56 UAH on July 7);
- 1 euro – 50.88 UAH (compared to 50.86 UAH on July 7).
Average exchange rates at banks
According to data from minfin.com.ua, the average exchange rates at banks are as follows:
- U.S. dollar: 44.25 – 44.75 UAH (buy – sell);
- Euro: 50.59 – 51.20 UAH (buy – sell).
Cash exchange rates at currency exchange offices
The average cash exchange rate at currency exchange offices is as follows:
- U.S. dollar: 44.42 – 44.55 UAH (buy – sell);
- Euro: 50.95 – 51.20 UAH (buy – sell).
Card exchange rates
Card exchange rates at major banks:
- PrivatBank: 44.25 – 44.84 UAH/$ and 50.52 – 51.28 UAH/€;
- Monobank: 44.33–44.80 UAH/$ and 50.62–51.27 UAH/€.
According to Ukrinform, in the draft state budget for 2026, the government projects an average annual hryvnia-to-dollar exchange rate of 45.6 UAH/$.
