Ivan Franko National University of Lviv has officially announced new tuition fees for the 2026/2027 academic year for full-time undergraduate applicants. Tuition fees have risen by nearly 30%.
Highest and lowest tuition fees by major
The most expensive majors, such as law, cybersecurity, IT, and international relations, cost 86,700 hryvnias per year. This is 20,000 hryvnias more than in the previous year.
The lowest tuition cost is 51,400 hryvnias for certain natural science and education majors, such as biology, chemistry, physics, ecology, geology, and library science.

Tuition costs vary by major, but the overall trend shows a significant increase in prices. In particular, fields such as cybersecurity, software engineering, computer science, law, international relations, and English philology cost 86,700 hryvnias per year.
