Successful strikes by Ukrainian defense forces on the Ryazan Oil Refinery and a Russian Black Sea Fleet boat base

Ukrainian defense forces carried out strikes on key targets in the Russian Federation, including the Ryazan Oil Refinery, the Black Sea Fleet’s high-speed boat base in Crimea, and a radar station in the Bryansk region.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its Facebook page.

Strike on the Ryazan Oil Refinery

On the night of July 29, 2026, a strike on the Ryazan Oil Refinery was recorded, resulting in a massive fire. This refinery is one of the largest in Russia and produces a variety of petroleum products that are vital to the Russian Federation’s military-industrial complex.

Attack on a Speedboat Base in Crimea

The Black Sea Fleet’s high-speed boat base in the Mizhvodnoe area was also struck. This facility is used to service boats that carry out patrols and other missions on behalf of Russian forces.

Destruction of a radar station

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck a radar station in the Pochep area of the Bryansk region. This station plays a key role in Russia’s air defense systems.

During the operations, facilities in Donetsk and other strategic locations were also struck, significantly hampering the enemy’s logistical capabilities.
