Renowned actor Ryan Gosling, whom we know from the film *Project "Ave Maria"*, is set to appear in a new Marvel project in the style of *The Phantom Rider*. Director Shawn Levy will helm the film, which is scheduled to premiere in 2028.
Interestingly, Shawn Levy is no stranger to the Marvel universe. He recently directed and produced the popular blockbuster *Deadpool and Wolverine*. In addition, Levy and Gosling previously collaborated on *Star Wars: Starfighter*, in which Gosling played the lead role.
Ryan Gosling will be the second actor to portray the “Ghost Rider,” following Nicolas Cage, who played the character in the Sony films released in 2007 and 2011. Both of Cage’s performances received mostly negative reviews.
According to Ukrinform, Lucasfilm has confirmed that the film *Star Wars: Starfighter*, starring Ryan Gosling, will be released in theaters on May 28, 2027.
