Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have attacked the Chernihiv region 28 times, damaging energy and transportation infrastructure.
This was reported by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, in his Telegram channel, according to Ukrinform.
"Over the past 24 hours, strikes on energy and transportation infrastructure facilities have been recorded. The enemy attacked the Chernihiv region 28 times," he noted.
Infrastructure Damage
In the Dobryanska community, "Gerbera" drones struck a facility, damaging a locomotive, freight cars, and the tracks.
In a village in the Horodnya community, an FPV drone struck a "Gazelle."
In Shyshkovka, Koryukivka community, a house caught fire as a result of a drone attack using an incendiary mixture.
Nighttime attacks
Overnight, FPV drone strikes on Semenivka damaged passenger cars and windows in a five-story building.

As reported by Ukrinform, on June 1, Russian troops attacked settlements in the Chernihiv region 33 times with strike drones.
