More than 5000 fans attended the training of the Ukrainian national team in Lviv

In Lviv, more than 5,000 fans gathered for an open training session of the Ukrainian national soccer team. This is the first such event since the start of the full-scale invasion, allowing the team to spend an evening with their fans.

According to the UAF press service, the Skif Stadium served as the venue where the blue-and-yellows felt the support of their fans, even despite security restrictions that prevent official international matches from being held in Ukraine.

The training session, led by Andrea Maldera, turned into a lively interaction. The head coach thanked the fans, noting: “If we take just 10% of the emotions you give us, we’ll win every match.”

This was followed by an entertainment program where fans and the team interacted through penalty shootouts, quizzes, and an autograph session, accompanied by numerous prizes for the fans.
