According to a Facebook post by the Kyiv Regional Police, local residents contacted law enforcement with information about the conflict. A patrol unit and an investigative team were dispatched to the scene.
Preliminary data indicate that the conflict arose after a family relaxing near their home made a remark to a noisy group of teenagers. The verbal altercation quickly escalated into a fight.
