The Bukovyna soccer club from Chernivtsi, which competes in the Ukrainian Premier League, has officially ended its partnership with 21-year-old goalkeeper Dmytro Pogorily. According to the club’s press office, the parties agreed to terminate the contract early by mutual consent.
The club expressed its gratitude to the young player for his professionalism and wished him success in his future career. Pogorily joined “Bukovyna” in the summer of 2024 but did not play a single official match for the first team.
Last season, he played for “Bukovyna-2” in the Second League of the Ukrainian Championship, where he appeared in 10 matches, conceded 25 goals, and kept two clean sheets.
As a reminder, last season the Chernivtsi team won the First League championship and earned the right to compete in the Ukrainian Premier League, returning to the top division for the first time since 1994.
