On the night of March 28, Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Shostka in the Sumy region, causing significant damage to civilian infrastructure and transportation.
This was reported by Shostka Mayor Mykola Noha on his Facebook page, according to Ukrinform. "Last night, the Russian aggressor launched an airstrike on the Shostka territorial community. Civilian infrastructure, non-residential buildings, private homes, farm buildings, and vehicles—including a passenger car and a tractor—were damaged," he noted.
No information about casualties has been received so far. The extent of damage and losses is still being assessed.
Previous attacks
Earlier it was reported that two administrative buildings, vehicles, and residential buildings were damaged as a result of a drone attack by Russian forces on Shostka.
