The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has expanded the list of positions for which infantry assault contracts with fixed terms of service ranging from 6 to 14 months may be signed.
The following positions have been added to the list: mortar (artillery) battery commander, deputy mortar battery commander for psychological support, mortar platoon commander, senior battery officer, company commander for officers under military specialties 393000 and 063401, deputy company commander, and platoon commander under the same military specialties.
The agency emphasizes that this pilot project thus covers commanders of combat units for unmanned systems and commanders of mortar units.

As reported by the Ukrinform news agency, the “Reserve+” app now includes a feature for applying for vacancies under new contracts in the Defense Forces.
