On Wednesday, July 15, temporary traffic restrictions will be in place in downtown Kyiv. This information was reported by “Glavkom,” citing the State Security Service of Ukraine.
“On July 15, due to security measures involving foreign delegations, temporary traffic restrictions will be in place in downtown Kyiv,” the statement said.
The State Security Service urges the public to take this information into account when planning their routes.
“In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on State Protection of Government Bodies and Officials, as well as the Regulations on State Protocol, approved by Presidential Decree No. 746/2002 of August 22, 2002, foreign delegations visiting Ukraine are provided with security by the State Security Service of Ukraine,” the statement reads.
As a reminder, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen plans to visit Kyiv on July 15.
