Two people were injured as a result of Russian shelling in the Chernihiv region.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on Telegram, the incident occurred in the Chernihiv district, within the territory of the Horodnya community. As a result of the shelling, a residential building in a residential area caught fire, which rescuers quickly extinguished.
Two men, born in 1966 and 1995, were injured and hospitalized.
A strike was also recorded in the territory of the local forestry, where rescuers also extinguished a fire.

As a reminder, on May 2 in the Chernihiv region, a Russian drone struck a 17-year-old boy, who was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds.
