As of today, no Russian ships have been detected in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, including those carrying cruise missiles. At the same time, the occupiers continue to attempt attacks from the sea using kamikaze drones.
This was reported by Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, during a television broadcast, according to a Ukrinform correspondent. “The situation remains stable; there are no Russian ships or missile-carrying vessels in the Black Sea–Azov Sea basin,” Pletenchuk stated.
He also noted that Russian air activity has decreased somewhat, but this may be due to deteriorating weather conditions. “The occupiers again attempted to launch attacks from the sea using kamikaze drones, but these attacks were repelled,” the spokesperson added.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine has managed to deprive Russia of its dominance not only in the western but also in the central and, to some extent, southern waters of the Black Sea.
