Inclusion Training for Teachers of the Ukrainian Diaspora in France

The Embassy of Ukraine in France, together with the World Coordinating Council for Education and Upbringing of the World Congress of Ukrainians (WCCEU), is organizing an international online meeting on the topic “Tools for Working with Children with Disabilities.”

According to a post on the embassy’s Facebook page, the seminar will take place on Wednesday, July 1, at 7:00 p.m. Paris time on the “RAZOM” platform. To participate, you must complete the online registration form in advance.

Keynote Speaker

The keynote speaker for the event will be Olga Shishlova—a renowned psychologist, art therapist, and founder of the “Workshop of Opportunities” program. She is also a board member of the Association of Parents of Children with Autism and the deputy art director of the PinchukArtCentre.

Topics of Discussion

Participants will learn about the specifics of educating children with disabilities and methods for working with children with mental health challenges. The event will address issues related to interacting with children, parents, and classmates, as well as creating an inclusive educational environment.

The organizers emphasize that this event will be beneficial for teachers at Saturday and Sunday schools, psychologists, parents, social workers, and anyone seeking to help children with special needs.
