On April 23, 2026, a conflict broke out between two men at a shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv’s Holosiivskyi district, resulting in injuries and hospitalization. This was reported by “Glavkom,” citing the Kyiv Patrol Police.
Witnesses say the argument quickly escalated into violence: one of the men involved in the conflict pulled out a gun, to which the other responded by stabbing him. After that, the attacker tried to flee the scene with the knife in his hands.
Security police officers provided first aid to the injured man at the scene and also seized a possible firearm from him. Paramedics quickly transported the injured man to the hospital.
Patrol officers began searching for the fugitive, combing the surrounding area. Law enforcement officers located the suspect and detained him, handcuffing him. During a cursory search, a knife was found on the man.
Investigators continue to determine all the circumstances and causes of this bloody incident.
For reference, a 30-year-old man was recently detained in the Dnipro district of Kyiv after causing a disturbance on the street while intoxicated, attempting to steal a scooter from a teenager, and striking trees with an axe.
