Over the past 24 hours, 186 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders have been recorded on the front lines. The heaviest fighting took place in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole sectors.
According to a report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy carried out two missile strikes, using 13 missiles, and conducted 77 airstrikes, dropping 244 guided bombs. In addition, 10,301 kamikaze drones were deployed, and 3,651 attacks were carried out on populated areas and Ukrainian military positions, including 102 using multiple launch rocket systems.
Defense forces struck 12 areas where enemy troops were concentrated and three artillery pieces. In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, two firefights took place; Russian troops carried out 96 shelling attacks, three of which involved multiple launch rocket systems, and launched two airstrikes using five guided aerial bombs.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions 12 times in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchanskiy Khutory, Okhrimivka, Staritsa, Lyman, and in the direction of Izbytske. In the Kupyansk direction, Russian troops launched two assaults toward Radkivka and Kindrashivka.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled six attempts by enemy forces to advance toward Drobysheve, Stavky, Dibrova, and in the Torske area. In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped one Russian attempt to advance in the Zakytne area. In the Kramatorsk direction, there was one attack toward Nykyforivka, which Ukrainian troops successfully repelled.
