This information was shared on social media, particularly on Facebook. According to data from the local weather station, this is the highest reading ever recorded for this day. The previous record, set in 2012, was +35.6°C.
According to Ukrinform, similar temperature records were also recorded in the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk, Kolomyia, and Dolyna on August 5.
