Well-known Ukrainian singer and activist Yurko Yurchenko expressed his outrage over the visit to Kyiv by the leader of the Russian band “Nogu Svelo!” Yurchenko addressed Ukrainians who support the so-called “good Russians” who have come to the capital. This statement was published on his Facebook page, as reported by “Glavkom.”
Yurchenko is convinced that there are no “good Russians,” and to him, they all remain enemies forever. He emphasizes: “There are no good Russians—they don’t exist! Until my Sun goes out—you are my enemies forever! All of you! Without exception!”
The singer also noted that those who support Russians, regardless of their stance, are also his enemies. “Your entire culture, language, history, and everything associated with you must be destroyed! Everyone who supports this evil—whether ‘good’ or bad—is my enemy! Forever! Until my Sun goes out!” Yurchenko said. He also shared a screenshot from a video by Maksym Pokrovsky showing the nighttime shelling of Kyiv.
As a reminder, Maxim Pokrovsky, the leader of the band “Nogu Svelo!”, visited Kyiv for the first time in 15 years and found himself in the city during the nighttime attack. He shared footage of the nighttime shelling, first hearing the air raid siren and then going out onto the street with one of his bandmates.
Maksym Pokrovsky has previously spoken out against Russia’s war against Ukraine and criticized Russians who support the Kremlin’s policies. His mother is from Dnipro, and he has relatives in Ukraine.
