Over the past 24 hours, 157 combat engagements were recorded. Ukrainian defenders are resolutely holding their ground against the aggressor’s advance, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. The military continues to take decisive action, successfully repelling the enemy’s attempts to penetrate deeper into our territory by directing effective fire at enemy positions.
Latest news from the front
Yesterday, the enemy carried out three missile attacks, using 37 missiles, and 80 airstrikes, dropping 260 guided bombs. In addition, 10,491 kamikaze drone attacks and 3,850 shellings of populated areas and our troops’ positions were recorded, including 119 carried out using multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes in areas near settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, such as Velykomykhailivka, Pysantsi, Pokrovske, and Bohodarivka. In the Zaporizhzhia region, the following settlements were affected: Vozdvyzhivka, Dolynka, Rivne, Kopani, Novomykolaivka, Vilchanka, Huliaipilske, Obsche, and Zarichne.
Defense Forces Operations
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck four areas where enemy personnel and equipment were concentrated, one logistics hub, and one command post of the invaders.
Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk Directions
In these sectors, the enemy carried out 7 airstrikes using 18 guided aerial bombs (GAB) and fired 134 rounds at the positions of our troops and populated areas, including 21 rounds from multiple launch rocket systems. Three combat engagements were recorded.
South Slobozhanskyi sector
In this sector, the enemy attempted five times to break through the defensive lines of Ukrainian defenders in the areas of Starytsia, Krasne Pershe, and in the direction of Tsehelne and Vilcha.
Kupiansk direction
The enemy carried out eight attacks in the area of Borivska Andriivka and in the direction of Kivsharivka and Novoosyniv.
