At around 5 a.m. in Kramatorsk, an emergency occurred: an airstrike damaged the building housing the 11th branch of "Nova Poshta." The incident caused a fire; however, fortunately, no employees were injured.

Lost packages and compensation for customers
According to preliminary data, about 20% of the parcels that were in the branch remain under the rubble. The company has already changed delivery routes so that customers receive their shipments on time. "We guarantee compensation for parcels lost as a result of the fire. Our representatives will contact each customer shortly to provide details regarding reimbursement," Nova Poshta stated.
