During his official visit to the United Arab Emirates, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Ukrainian military experts. This team has been working in the region for several weeks, assisting partners in establishing a system to protect against air threats.
The meeting took place on the eve of Zelenskyy’s talks with UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The head of state heard a report on the initial results of the Ukrainian experts’ work and discussed proposals for enhancing security in the Emirates.
Over the past few weeks, Ukrainian specialists have been consulting with representatives of the UAE’s security and defense forces. The main goal is to integrate the Ukrainian experience gained during the repulsion of Russian aggression into the UAE’s defense system.

According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a clear understanding has been established on how to strengthen the protection of the Emirates’ airspace and critical infrastructure.
“We offer comprehensive solutions that have already proven their effectiveness. Our common goal with our partners is to ensure greater security. Ukraine is ready to support those who support us,” the president emphasized.
