Trains in Ukraine are being delayed by more than 12 hours

On September 30, there are widespread train delays in Ukraine, with some trains delayed by more than 12 hours, according to Ukrzaliznytsia.

The reasons for the delays have not been specified, but an air raid alert remains in effect in most regions of the country due to the threat of missile attacks and drone strikes.

As of 11:00 a.m., the list of delayed trains includes: No. 31/32 Zaporizhzhia-1 → Przemyśl (+12:34), No. 3/4 Dnipro-Holovnyi → Uzhhorod (+12:34), as well as other trains with delays ranging from 4 to 12 hours.

In particular, train No. 121/122 Kyiv-Passenger → Mykolaiv-Passenger was delayed by 7:57, and No. 37/38 Kyiv-Passenger → Zaporizhzhia-1 was delayed by 7:56.

It is worth noting that the Russian army continues to attack railway infrastructure in Ukraine; in particular, the depot at the “Kyiv-Passenger” station was recently damaged.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi noted that during a yellow threat level, trains will run on schedule, but in the event of a red threat level, passenger boarding and train departures will be suspended.
