On Sunday, September 20, Shakhtar will face LNZ in the headline match of the seventh round of the Ukrainian Premier League.

As a reminder, Shakhtar won the Ukrainian championship last season, while LNZ finished second in the UPL for the first time. Last season, Shakhtar’s closest rival defeated them 1–4 in Lviv and drew 2–2 with them in Cherkasy.
As of this season, Shakhtar shares first place with Polissya, while LNZ is in seventh place in the standings.
