Russian troops launched an attack on Chernihiv this morning, causing a fire at one of the city’s industrial facilities.
This information was released on his Telegram channel by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform. “The enemy launched an attack on Chernihiv this morning. The strikes hit the factory grounds, causing a fire inside the building. In addition, windows were shattered in a neighboring building," Chaus said.
It is also reported that the day before, Russian troops fired multiple rocket launchers at Novhorod-Siverskyi, where the fire was successfully extinguished. In the morning, the city was struck by a “Molniya” missile, damaging a residential building and civilian vehicles.

In the evening, a “Gerbera” strike was recorded on a village in the Novhorod-Siverskyi community, where 9 hectares of barley caught fire. In a village in the Koryukivka community, an FPV drone struck a farm building, but the fire was quickly extinguished.
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has repeatedly attacked critical infrastructure.
As reported by Ukrinform, on July 24, three people were injured as a result of Russian drone strikes in the Chernihiv region. Strikes were recorded on the roof of the city’s cultural center, residential buildings, and vehicles.
