On the night of September 29–30, Russian troops carried out attacks on seven civilian facilities in the Zhytomyr region, according to Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration.
The attacks took place in the Zhytomyr, Korosten, and Zviahel communities, where food and processing plants, as well as energy facilities, were targeted.
As a result of the enemy’s actions, four vehicles were burned, and rescue workers and emergency services continue to operate at the sites of the attacks.
This is not the first attack in the Zhytomyr region in September: the previous night, Russian occupiers struck ten infrastructure facilities, including fuel and transportation enterprises.
In particular, it was reported that the Russians struck the “Rud” ice cream factory twice, destroying the finished goods warehouse and other facilities.
